In order to understand the hiring initiative, we begin by amassing data to fine-tune our search approach.
Through interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, we collect insights about organization culture, ideal candidates, role objectives, and position trajectory.

IDENTIFYING OUR SHORTLIST
THE SHORTLIST
Our process establishes a dual approach to finding the right candidate; talent we know, and talent we find.
Over the course of our 10+ year history, we built an intuitive database that allows us to efficiently tag human capital. This data helps us locate relevant candidates before we begin to search outside our own network.
Utilizing our dedicated research team, we discover candidates we don’t know by leveraging our referral network and search third-party platforms to add relevant talent to our candidate database.
We evaluate our shortlist and recommend candidates for clients to select their finalists.
We screen our qualified shortlist based on targeted skillsets and introduce candidates with our evaluations.
Through the management of the interview process, we assess collected feedback from candidates and hiring managers to assist in the identification of the final candidate.
With confirmed career objectives and expectations, we assist in the activities for a smooth transition.
Leveraging our access to compensation market data, we work with hiring managers to extend an appropriate offer to the finalist candidate.
We advise successfully placed candidates in their transition and onboarding, as well as provide feedback support for all stakeholders.
